Valerie De La O is the Events and Promotions Coordinator in the University Marketing & Communication office.
She graduated from Dixie State University with a degree in Media Studies and received the Stafford Student Involvement award in 2020. Valerie continues to be involved on campus and is responsible for organizing DSU community events and promotional activities.
During her time as a student, Valerie was involved with The Blaze 91.3, The Sun News, Insight Communications, DSUSA and so much more! After graduating Valerie spent her summer at home in Los Angeles organizing virtual events for a consulting agency and illustrating for Canyon Media.
Valerie enjoys hikes, attending flea markets, illustrating, and FaceTiming her family.
